I attended the Frisco City Council work session today which discussed new and proposed building and fire codes. Despite the changes in the 2019 Texas related to building materials there were no significant changes to the building codes. The Frisco Fire Department proposed some changes according to National standards, specifically related to school lockdowns and school safety.
There was also discussion related to codes related to food trucks and restaurant safety.
